How much does rent-a-car or fleet management software cost?
With Vekta Fleet, from €29.99/month for the Small plan (up to 5 vehicles), €49.99/month for Medium (up to 20) and €99.99/month for Unlimited (unlimited vehicles). Every account includes a 7-day free trial.
Do I pay per vehicle?
No. The price is per plan, based on fleet size — not per vehicle and not per device, unlike GPS telematics. You change plan when the fleet grows.
What does each plan include?
Every plan includes bookings and calendar, customers and drivers, export and integrations. Medium adds advanced statistics and priority support. Unlimited adds unlimited bases, dedicated support and the contract generator: it issues the rental contract with your details and your clauses, you sign it on the phone screen and the invoice comes out of the same place, all linked to the booking in the calendar.
Can I produce rental contracts from Vekta Fleet?
Yes, with the Unlimited plan. You fill in your company details once (name, tax ID, address, IBAN, VAT and jurisdiction) and every contract comes out with them, numbered consecutively. Use the base clauses or write your own. Creating a contract puts its booking on the calendar, and from any booking you can generate the contract with the data already filled in.
